Shodan

A.) Demonstrate the following kicks

1. Flying roundhouse
2. Flying side kick
3. Jump spin back

B.) Demonstrate the bunki to the following kata

1. Heian Shodan
2. Heian Nidan

C.) Demonstate 30 Sanbon kumite techniques

D.) Must have acted as an assistant instructor for a period of at least 3 month

E.) Must be loyal to the Traditional Karate Association, your Dojo, and your Instructor.

F.) Must be at least 16 years of age or within 6 month of 16th birthday.

G.) Demonstrate Self - Defense against the following attacks:

1. Hair Grab
2. Rear knife to back
3. Gun to front
4. Two man attack (Front and Rear)

H.) Demontrate the Following kata

1. Bassai
2. Kushanku
3. Sochin
4. Empi
5. Rohai
6. Shihokosokan

I.) Demontrate Technique or Kata that your Sensei Chooses at random.

J.) Demonstrate power by breaking in combinations of two boards each.......
